Andrew is a professional writer specialising in financial services and technology with over 20 years' experience in large corporations and SMEs. He has written for the Wall Street Journal, Euromoney, MSN Money, Time magazine, the New York Times among others. As a marketing and PR professional he understands SEO and semantic analysis in order to deliver copy that gets clicks and conversions. He can produce thought leadership, white papers, annual reports, marketing materials, documentation and blog posts. Andrew speaks French, German, Italian, Dutch and some Russian.

Dave is a solution architect, technical project manager and software engineer with 20 years' experience in blue chips. He can communicate technical concepts in a clear manner and has delivered large-scale IT programmes working across entire Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in Waterfall and Agile projects. He specialises in BSS systems: CRM, Billing, Pre-pay, Real-time Charging, Data Warehouse, e-Invoicing, B2C & B2B e-commerce, m-commerce, Address Verification, Payment Gateway, Number Management and Mediation. Dave has published papers on CRM, data warehouse management and other technical topics.

Simone moved to marketing from journalism in 2008. She has been building websites, writing SEO copy and delivered B2B and B2C communications strategies harnessing the power of social media and blogging. She is very keen on measurement and uses Google Analytics and other tools to work out ROI and refine strategic plans. Her biggest project has been an award-winning, 30,000-word integrated campaign for Danone Ireland. Her most challenging brief was to create the website and communications strategy for a new department at the University of Cambridge. She enjoys teaching digital marketing and has co-authored a CRM (customer relation management) paper with Dave. Simone speaks Italian, French, Spanish and German.

Martha has almost two decades of PR experience in book promotion. She has given several lectures about publishing at the University of Kingston and the University of Buckingham. She has orchestrated the publicity campaigns for several leading English language dictionaries; illustrated books; and many specialist topics such as business & finance, marketing & branding, legal, medicine and engineering. Martha never turns down a PR challenge and has also strayed into new territories – promoting the UK tour of Anglo-Caribbean actress and social entrepreneur, Tonya Joy Bolton; offering marketing/sales advice in relation to the publishing industry to several companies, both UK-based and with a global presence; and writing promotional materials for Quarch Architecture Atelier, Milan.
